It's Day 16 of the Fitness Challenge!! Congrats on getting on the other side of the halfway point!! I was sore today! I pushed during that second set yesterday to get those stats and I can tell!! Is that telling me that I'm not pushing hard enough on my other days??? MAYBE!! This is ONLY a 7 minute workout so we have to make sure we are giving it OUR ALL!! It felt good to FEEL that soreness today!
I went for a long walk today, it felt great!! I hope you're enjoying your walks... I love to walk. It always makes me feel healthy to go for walks... it makes me happy!
