It's Day 19 of the Fitness Challenge! After today... you only have TEN days left of this 30 Day Discipline! It's time to GIVE IT YOUR ALL! One thing I am doing to UP it a little...when I do my squats, I am going a little lower than parallel to the floor with my thighs. So instead of squatting down to a 90 degree angle, I'm taking it a little lower!! By getting LOW, it will UP your results if you're ready for this!!! Give it a try this last ONE THIRD of this challenge! :)
Today's workout was AWESOME! I felt energized and strong! I'm really noticing that I'm getting stronger during some of my moves. My pushups and tricep dips are way stronger than when I started. I did my workout as soon as I got my husband fed and off to work. I had some workers coming to give us an estimate, so I got it out of the way. This fitness challenge is just one of the improvements in my life....
We have been making some changes to our house lately and it's very exciting! One of the BEST things I have to look forward to is a new closet!! What girl wouldn't be excited about THAT!? I made sure I took some "before" pics so I can share them with you....I'll take AFTER pics of my custom built-ins we are having installed next week! They will be demo-ing our closet on Tuesday... I will be painting that night... and they are installing the new closet on Wednesday! By this time next week I will be a SUPER ORGANIZED fashionista!!! I'll share my results when it's finished!
Getting organized makes you feel so much HAPPIER. It really does impact every area of your life. I must admit, I've struggled with this in my life and it's never come really easy for me. This year, I'm changing that! So, I'm making conscience steps toward my goal of having a completely organized home and life. Everything affects everything else and clutter can't just be contained in one area.... it leaks into other areas of your life and causes stress!!
Is there anything in your life that needs "cleaning up" besides your fitness and health?? Think of your car this instant. Think of your closet this instant. Think of your bedroom this instant. Think of your kitchen sink this instant. Could it use improvement? If it does... that's okay! Don't dwell on it! Just make a plan to CHANGE IT! I've been making small steps toward this all year and it's greatly impacting my happiness on a daily basis. You are changing your health for the better by joining this fitness challenge. It's the PERFECT time to clean up some unwanted clutter in your world! You don't have to tackle it all at once, just take steps toward it. It will change your life! Don't forget to REWARD yourself! Tonight I made a Gluten-Free HOMEMADE pizza crust and topped it with sauce, goat cheese Brie and goat cheese cheddar, nitrate-free salami, artichoke hearts, tomatoes and fresh basil. It tasted AMAZING and I totally felt like I was eating such a SINFUL meal! I don't eat this all the time, but it's actually not unhealthy compared to traditional pizza!!
I know I'm all over the place tonight... workout, home organization, pizza!! Sorry, I'm just SO excited about so many different things right now and I just want to share them ALL!! LOL!
